« Comfort is what guided me in designing chairs such as Ours, Cabri or Edgar. As interior architect and sculptor, I am very concerned about volumes. When designing Edgar, for example, I was dreaming of seating cross legged with my back well held. I imagined generous armchairs where you can rest and cocoon yourself. It is not that easy to find one’s place in a chair. Anglo-saxons are very good at this. I was inspired by their way to consider the seat : all in comfort ».
