Option 1: 3-ply mechanism
Use for occasional sleeping. Very small footprint mechanism; suitable for sofas with a minimum overall depth of 80 cm.
2 types of bed base:
- reference “sometoile”: strongly stretched canvas
- reference slats: wooden slats suspended on shock absorbers
Mattress type (6.5 cm quality options):
- Polyether 20 kg/m3
- Bultex or HR 35 kg/m3 with a felt in the lower part which reduces the edge effect of the slats
Available in sizes 80 cm, 90 cm, 100 cm, 110 cm, 120 cm, 130 cm, 140 cm, 150 cm, 160 cm.
Option 2: 2 and ½ ply mechanism
Larger size mechanism for sofas with a minimum overall depth of 90 cm. Slatted bed base with under-seat in elastic webbing providing good seating comfort.
HR mattress 35 kg/m3:
- 8 cm with non-woven ticking
- 10 cm with quilted ticking
Available in sleeping dimensions of 80 cm, 100 cm, 120 cm, 140 cm, 150 cm (and can allow the manufacture of made-to-measure sofas).
Option 3: 2 and ½ fold mechanism with automatic cushion management
Mechanism of the same type as option 2 but automatically storing the back and seat cushions when closing and opening the bed.
In detail :
- Minimum sofa depth: 90 cm
- Obligation to have thick back cushions (impossible to manage back pillows)
- The size of the bed freezes the size of the sofa (impossible to measure in length)
- Orthopedic bed base with electro-welded grid, under-seat in elastic straps
12 cm HR mattress with possibility of leaving sheets and blankets - Professional bedding quality (suitable for hotels)
